Taiwan is the second stop in Asia. Some people that I know have been to Taiwan and have heard great things about this country. But here are things I didn't know about Taiwan that you may find interesting.

For example:

-In this country, in schools, uniforms are common to wear because they are pleasant to wear, they look athletic and incorporates bright colors.

-In this culture, elders want to see honor, respect and politeness.

-The main religions in this country is Buddhist or Taoist. One thing that these two religions have in common is the importance of nature.

-Garbage cans are kept inside, not outside. When the garbage trucks arrive, the cans are taken outside. The people know when the garbage trucks are coming because they play music in the streets.

-Eight hours! It takes about that much time to drive around all of Taiwan.

I hope you learned something new about this country. Please continue to pray for me, my time in Taiwan and the unknown of what COVID-19 can do in the future.
